Patrick O'Leary is the COO and former Global Program Director at Talent Beyond Boundaries. Patrick, previously worked for the leading international immigration firm Fragomen and has over ten years of experience working in both business immigration and with refugees. Patrick trained as a lawyer in the UK and has recently finished a Masters in Refugee Policy and Forced Migration. Patrick works closely with all of the TBB country programs to oversee the service delivery of the global program.
