Vince leads Mercer’s mobility advisory business for North America, consulting with clients on their international HR operations, strategy, compensation approaches and policies. He has been in mobility for 25+ years and with Mercer for over 11 years and regularly works on program and policy projects as well as vendor selection projects. Recent projects include assisting several tech companies in selecting suppliers for immigration, expat tax, technology and relocation management services and supporting a leading company in the Pharma sector in reimaging their employee experience, support model, technology and policy approach for their international and domestic relocations. Vince is also the lead Mercer mobility consultant to several of the world’s leading programs in Financial Services, Life Sciences/ Pharma, International Financial Institutions, Government and NGOs.

Prior to joining Mercer, Vince spent 12 years with PwC where his responsibilities included serving as an International Tax Director, a Mobility Leader and later Global HR leader for one of the firm’s largest international business units.
