Awarded to the Global Mobility in-house corporate team or service provider that has demonstrated outstanding levels of resourcefulness and care in terms of sustainability. This may include excellence in minimising environmental impact, increasing equality, diversity and inclusion or increasing responsible consumption and production.
Awarded to the corporate and provider relationships that demonstrate the best delivery of service to the assignee and the business in order to support the organization strategy. Entries should clearly demonstrate the relationship between the corporate client and the service provider and may be submitted by the corporate or provider side, but both parties must be named and give their full permission for the entry.
Awarded to the partnership of two service providers that combine to deliver best in class service to their corporate clients. Entries should clearly demonstrate the relationship between the two suppliers, but most importantly, the impact of their combined offerings. Entries may be submitted by either company in the partnership, but both parties must be named and give their full permission for the entry.
Awarded to the corporate housing provider, large or small, that has demonstrated best in class corporate housing support for their clients and their internal assignee population in the last year. This includes long-term and short-term lettings.
Awarded to the Destination Services Provider that has demonstrated best in class service destination services provided to their clients and their internal assignee population in the past year. This includes providers who assist with home search, school search, settling-in and departures, temporary accommodation, cultural awareness, spouse partner assistance etc.
Once again, this award will be nominated & judged by the FEM Global Mobility community – YOU.
The process is simple just fill out a few questions below and the successful shortlist will be published on the FEM website for the Global Mobility Community to vote for their winner. This award is open to individuals from either a service provider or Corporate HR background who have worked in excess of five years in the Global Mobility industry. The judges will be looking for evidence of a significant, consistent record of achievement with regard to such features as quality of service delivery, innovation, knowledge, excellent customer service and overall professional reputation.
Winners in this category are those likely to be considered for the Outstanding Contribution Award in future years.

This award is open to individuals from either a service provider or Corporate HR background who are in their first five years of working in the Global Mobility Industry, but who have been working in the industry for at least a year. They will be regarded by their colleagues and peers as having made a significant impact in the early years of their career, clearly showing exceptional abilities and be destined to be one of the “movers and shakers” in our industry for the future. The judges are looking for evidence of excellent assignee care/customer service and outstanding achievements with regard to such features as quality of service delivery, innovation and knowledge.

This may include excellence in duty of care, policy redesign (such as virtual assignments or other policy changes), communication and employee engagement, cost containment and delivery of business objectives.
