Juan Carlos González leads the Global Mobility Program at Microsoft. In this role, he directs a team of mobility professionals and vendors managing the global mobility program. Juan Carlos is responsible of providing leadership and strategic direction as well as leading the digital transformation for the Mobility function that belongs to the Total Rewards Function within HR.

Juan Carlos has over 20 years of internal experience in economics, finance, banking, consulting, global mobility, immigration, international human resources, and expatriate management. Juan Carlos earned his Economic degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador in Quito, Ecuador and his MBA at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield Connecticut, The United States.
